This motel has gone out of their way to accommodate guests with dogs. They have even provided a grooming room. It will be very important that we maintain a good relationship with this motel for future use by people using the Purina facilities. Please help keep rooms and grounds as clean as possible. The following are the guidelines for the host motel.

1. There will be a maximum of 4 dogs allowed per room.

2. The guest will be charged a one-time dog fee of $20.00 per stay. This fee only applies to guests that have a dog or dogs in their room. This fee is fixed, and will not change even if the guest stays one night or five nights. This fee is also non-refundable.

3. Dogs left unattended in a guest room must be in a crate. Plastic sheeting should be placed under each crate in the guest room area. The guest is expected to supply the plastic sheeting.

4. Hotel guests with dogs in the room need to use the special door hanger provided by the hotel. This hanger will leave instructions to the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping will not enter the room unless the door hanger is present.

5. Housekeeping must be allowed to clean a guest room (with dogs) at least every two days. Guests who have special requests (i.e. a certain time of the day that the room will be vacant) can discuss them with the housekeeping staff upon arrival.

6. Owners/exhibitors should bring their own toweling for bathing the dogs. A daily inventory for missing or damaged towels will be taken. Any necessary charges will be applied to the guest.

7. Bathing and/or grooming of dogs in the guest room is not allowed. The motel provides a grooming and bathing area for the dogs in their "Groom Room". This room has two large tubs with steps, and plenty of electrical outlets. Bring your own towels.
